* Marketing & Branding: You can purchase marketing tools from the Posh Portal. We try to offer you the quality, affordable tools to help you be branded beautifully. We also offer a large assortment of tools and images available for download. You're welcome to create and share your own marketing materials at Perfectly Posh. Please always use the Independent Consultant logo, and be sure you clearly identify yourself as an independent representative of our company. See our ever-growing options at poshportal.com

* Activity Policy: To remain active with Perfectly Posh you only need to sell $300 in personal sales during the six-month periods between January to June and then again from July to December. To help you get off to a simple start, you're exempt this activity requirement during the 6-month period when you join Perfectly Posh.

* Joining Other Direct Sales Companies: As a Perfectly Posh Consultant you may participate in other direct sales companies. We know that you're smart and resourceful, and if running more than one direct sales company is something you want to do, you should have the freedom to do it. Our goal is to build a great company where you WANT to invest your time and loyalty. At the end of the day, you're in the driver's seat and it's up to us to earn your loyalty and the privilege of working with you.

* Fair & Shows: There are not restrictions on the number of Perfectly Posh Consultants attending any given event. We encourage you to talk about and share our Pampering Products with all who attend. Perfectly Posh simply asks you to follow the guidelines of individual event organizers and represent Perfectly Posh in a positive light. We ask you to respect any other vendors you participate with regardless of the company they are representing. Your fair or show is a wonderful way to get visibility to your business, and cash and carry products. Events are limited to not more than 30 consecutive days.

* Additional Websites: You may have an additional marketing website with Perfectly Posh as long as you identify yourself as a Perfectly Posh Independent Consultant. We just ask that you do not use the words "Perfectly" & "Posh" together in your URL's or email address, and any online sales you engage in come through your replicated site.

* Sample Making: Samples that you make to promote your business are exempt from the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act.

Perfectly Posh offers Purely Pampering Products that come without warning that you need to disclose.

You are allowed to create your samples and distribute them to help you promote your business. To assist you, you can find sample cards available for purchase on poshportal.com or you can find free artwork at po.sh/box for downloading and printing.

* Product & Informational Displays: Displays are welcomed and encouraged at Perfectly Posh. Informational displays and "testers" in offices, salons, etc. are a great way for many Consultants to help book parties and build a business. As is the case with Fairs and Shows, you may not retail (cash and carry) at any location for more than 30 consecutive days.

* Social Media Promotion: Social Media is a great way to help share any business! We also welcome and encourage the use of social media outlets for you to tell your friends about our Purely Pampering Products. Perfectly Posh has a facebook page where you can meet and greet other customers and Consultants, ask questions, and engage. We do ask that you refrain from advertising YOUR business or selling items on the corporate facebook page (facebook.com/ohmyposh) as well as the Consultant promotional page: Sharing Posh (facebook.com/groups/sharingposh), but you are welcome to promote your business and events on a page of your own that designates you as an Independent Consultant.

* Payment of Commissions: We use direct deposit at Perfectly Posh. Your commissions and bonuses will be deposited in your personal or business checking account. There are no checks to wait for in the mail or pay cards you need to transfer funds from. As soon commissions are run each month (10th of each month), they are deposited and immediately available to you.

* Limited Policies & Procedures: Perfectly Posh values small business and the rights of an owner to run it the way she chooses. We have limited rules and do our best to honor those policies so that every Perfectly Posh Consultant has as much room to succeed as she needs.
