Extended Pretty by Perfectly Posh Information

Pretty is an extension of Perfectly Posh: A sort-of little sister. It's an additional category of products for younger customers and Consultants that will help “open the door” to sell and share the pampering products with even more women.

The minimum enrollment age to join Perfectly Posh is just 16 years old.

Basic information about Pretty and how it works with your Perfectly Posh business:

Pretty Products are simply an extension of:

  • the product line
  • who it appeals to
  • how old you need to be to join

    Under 18s will need a “co-signing” adult on their Consultant contract. See below for additional information.

    Every enrolling Consultant has her choice of Starter Kit regardless of her age:

    Every Consultant may sell any and all products Perfectly Posh and Pretty. You can choose to focus more attention on one or the other, or you can offer both product lines and show them off on a case-by-case basis depending on your customer.

    Every Consultant uses the same existing Pay Plan and genealogy. Pretty Consultants are Perfectly Posh Consultants who opted for the Pretty Starter Kit, and will likely focus their business on our younger product line.

    Business rules and practices as outlined in the Policies & Procedures beginning July 1, 2012 and going forward allow for 16 and 17 year old Consultants to enroll with special conditions.     Perfectly Posh or Pretty?

    Beginning July 1, 2012 Perfectly Posh lowered its minimum required enrollment age to 16. Consultants may now join our Pampering Pursuit at an even younger age when their business contract is “co-signed” by a legal adult or guardian of 18 years of age or older. For more information, please review our current Policies and Procedures.

    Perfectly Posh now offers two Starter Kits: Posh or Pretty. Any enrolling Consultant may choose either kit regardless of age or products they would like to focus on.

    Each kit represents approximately the same retail value in tools, supplies, and products. One will continue to be catered to Perfectly Posh and its Purely Pampering Products, while the other will feature the Pretty products and supplies allowing “younger focused” Independent Consultants the option of focusing on that demographic.

    Upon reaching the age of 18, a Perfectly Posh Consultant with a “co-signer” has the ability to re-sign a new “of age” contract with Perfectly Posh taking on all of her own legal liability. This may be done as soon as the Consultant is 18 and must be done before the Consultant reaches the age of 21. Please refer to your P&Ps for more information.

    Is this a separate company?

    No. Pretty is not a separate company, nor are the business rules different. It is simply an extension of Perfectly Posh. Any Consultant of any enrollable age (now 16) may sell Perfectly Posh and Pretty products freely in both categories.

    Genealogies and Pay Plan are the same. Everyone earns, advances and recruits into the same structure and teams as they currently exist. There are not different business rules, commissions, bonuses, Props, rank advancements, etc. Pretty allows for more potential customers and potential team members for you can share the business with.

    Perfectly Posh products and Pretty products can all be sold and shared by every Consultant with no extra cost or complexity. All products at Posh and Pretty are eligible in the Buy 5 Get the 6th Free promotion and may be mixed and matched at will -- even across both product lines. The LipShot LipBalms are still the only exception to the Buy 5 promotion.

    How do Pretty products compare to the current product line at Perfectly Posh?

    Pretty is a separate category of products designed to be:

    • Younger: they target and feature elements that appeal to a more youthful generation
    • Naturally-based: products that everyone can STILL feel good about featuring natural ingredients free of parabens, paraffins, and sulfates, and only the gentlest animal by-products that are cruelty-free.
    • Portable: things that can be taken for touch-up on the go. Colors, sizes, and formulations for busy, moving gals.

    Pretty Products will be featured in their own separeate LookBook. New LookBooks with adjustments to the product line will be available quarterly: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

    Why did Perfectly Posh want to extend the product line and enrollment age?

    Pretty offers an opportunity to a demographic hardest hit by current economic hardship. It will let us create new business and employment opportunities with flexible hours and income based on sales allowing women of every age the opportunity to earn with a business that works with their schedule - whatever it may be.

    We love that it also inspires an entrepreneurial spirit in us all. It’s a unique opportunity to introduce MORE and younger women to business ownership. Pretty focused Consultants will be able to create a customer base and even build teams who are trained and mentored by examples who’ve already realized success as business women - and all while sharing something they can really, truly be excited about.

    Pretty also gives our amazing Perfectly Posh Consultants yet another group to share pampering products with. We feel we’ve been able to “open the door” a little wider to even more women who can be passionate about good products. An entire new demographic of customers is now open to our creative and innovative Consultant base with the introduction of Pretty products.

    Are there additional costs associated with selling Pretty products or recruiting Pretty focused Consultants? Are there additional charges to participate in Pretty if I’m already a Consultant or if I sign or signed up for a Perfectly Posh Starter Kit?

    No. All Consultants regardless of the kit they choose or have already chosen and the products they sell will use the same Virtual Office. Replicated websites and rules for the Consultant Locator remain the same for all.

    All relevant Pretty information is kept current for every Consultant in their Virtual Office as well as on her replicated site. Every Consultant will operate with all of the exact same systems and support. There are no additional charges to share Pretty products or to enroll Pretty Consultants at Perfectly Posh. It is merely an extension of the age of eligibility and available products.

    How will Pretty Consultants sell?

    Pretty can be run entirely the traditional way, but new functionality has been added allowing a business to function better “on the go”. These new additions are just the beginning, and additional portable technology will continue to increase and offer you ways to work your business on the go - and offer a portable business option to younger Consultants.

    We believe Pretty Consultants will focus on portability. Think of a business in a backpack. Pretty is designed to let a Consultant do business in the places she’s already going using a smartphone or tablet. She can keep testers or inventory with her for ease in sharing anywhere she might be.

    Realizing many Consultants who would like to focus on Pretty may be less interested in holding and hosting home parties, we’ve strategically offered a variety of selling options that you and your Pretty Consultants can use to share that focus on a more portable version of the business.

    Use Paperless Posh. By logging on to po.sh with your smartphone, you can quickly and simply enter an order on the go. Paperless Posh was designed to support both Posh and Pretty . Be sure you know how to share it’s simplicity for sales on the go.

    Leverage Buy 5 Get the Sixth FREE to share products. While a Pretty Consultant qualifies for Party Perks, if the majority of her orders are small enough that they fall under the bar, she can use Buy 5 in much the same way to help her customers, friends, and even herself maximize the amount of product she can get and earn. This still allows her to build inventory, get things to pamper herself, and help her friends combine and save.

    What tools are available to help me share Pretty with new potential customers and Consultants?

    Pretty products will be featured in a “sold separately” LookBook. LookBooks are smaller and compact allowing for maximum portability, and will be sized to fit inside a Perfectly Posh catalog. LookBooks are currently available for sale on the Posh Portal.

    A free downloadable virtual LookBook is also available for you to use on your smart phone or tablet. Both Posh and Pretty Consultants will be able to show off and share Pretty simply and easily everywhere they go - in detail - with this convenient digital format.

    Pretty also has one page dedicated to its opportunity and product line in the Perfectly Posh Catalog. Perfectly Posh and Pretty products will be cross-promoted on tools and websites. They will both also remain in separate printed catalogs and LookBooks to preserve the portable and simple aspect of the Pretty business.

    Additionally, other Pretty tools are available on the Posh Portal. Other tools and supplies will be added for Pretty promotion and support as they become needed. As always, if you have suggestions and ideas please submit them to Perfectly Posh via the the po.sh/box.
