Where should I send the product I am returning?

Perfectly Posh will only accept returns on products purchased by the returnee directly from our website and shipped to them. If your product was purchased by your Perfectly Posh Consultant and sold or sent to you, please return the product directly to that Consultant.

How do I initiate a return?

If a product qualifies to be returned, you must first initiate a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form through Consultant Support ppo.sh/returns. If an RMA is issued, all relevant instructions will be provided. Please be aware that you are responsible for returning any product. Perfectly Posh does not accept COD (cash on delivery) packages. Any package sent COD, or not in compliance with the RMA, will be denied and returned to the sender.

If returned product is not received by Perfectly Posh, it is the responsibility of the returnee to trace the shipment. Perfectly Posh is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

What should I do if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?

If your Perfectly Posh product is 50%+ unused, you may return the product within 30 days of the sale for Perks or a refund (if you are a customer), minus the cost of shipping. Any products over 30 days from the sale date are not eligible for return.

What would disqualify me from a refund?

No refund is available for products damaged due to misuse, sold during a closeout/clearance sale, identified as non-refundable, returned outside the 30 day window, or used in excess of 50%. In addition, no refund (or Perks issue) will be made where Perfectly Posh believes, in its sole discretion, the return policy is being abused, including for subsequent returns of the same product unless the product is damaged or defective.

What if my shipment was lost?

If your package was not delivered and believed to be lost or stolen, please initiate a search request with the carrier. When notifying our Consultant Support team that your package has not been delivered, the search request information will be required. Perfectly Posh Consultant Support staff will then contact its fulfillment provider to initiate a search request with the carrier. If the package is not located, a claim may be filed by our fulfillment provider. Additionally, you may also be required to file a report with your local police department.


Additional Guidelines for Consultants

Will returns affect my personal business?

Refunds will cause credits, volume, commissions, and bonuses to be adjusted or reversed. Perks will not.

With my personal business I may have larger returns, how will this affect me?

If a Consultant returns or exchanges $300 or more in merchandise during a rolling 12 month period, Perfectly Posh may treat the return as a cancellation return and cancel the Consultant’s agreement.

As a Consultant, what tools are not available for a refund?

Perfectly Posh does not accept the return of tools, marketing materials, samples, or items purchased through the Portal store for refund for any reason except upon a Consultant’s cancellation of his/her business. However, Consultants may exchange these items for credit within 30 days of purchase if the item is in resalable condition and was not on sale, clearance, or closeout.
