Membership & Eligibility
Membership in the Perfectly Posh Perks Rewards Program (“Perks”) is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees of Perfectly Posh, LLC are not eligible for Membership. You must be 16 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible for Membership.
By creating a Perks account, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A MEMBER. Perks is void where prohibited by law. Anyone wishing to earn Perks MUST have a fully completed account to do so. No Perks will be awarded for any activities prior to July 23, 2015; we cannot retroactively assign Perks to any account for any reason. Perks always carry a validity period including an expiration date. Perks will not be adjusted for returns, exchanges, or fraudulent purchases. Perks Points have no cash value. Perks is a Rewards Program and participation is voluntary, and it is also a benefit of Perfectly Posh, LLC.
By submitting an application for Perks, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials, and other communications from Perfectly Posh. By signing up to join Perks, you will automatically be subscribed to receive up to four Perks emails per month. These emails may be based on your personal information, including your accumulated Perks Points and account status, as well as information on birthday and promotional offers, etc. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can request that they be discontinued by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of one of these emails or by updating your account information on your Perks dashboard by logging in to www.perfectlyposh.com or by calling 801-441-1744.
Changes, Termination, and/or Removal From Perks
Perfectly Posh may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Perks rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of Perks, or may terminate Perks any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Perfectly Posh reserves the right to exclude individuals from Perks in its sole discretion. Any abuse of the Perks program, failure to follow any terms of Perks, Membership inactivity for more than 24 months, any misrepresentation, or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Perfectly Posh may subject members to Membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in Perks. If your Membership is revoked, any points in your account will automatically expire. Perfectly Posh reserves the right to make changes to its website, and these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check or review these terms and conditions from time to time to keep informed of any changes.

erfectly Posh offers a money-back guarantee on products returned within 30 days from the date of sale. We will work with you to replace the product, however, we will not be able to return the Perks spent on the returned item to your account. To be eligible for a refund/replacement product, the merchandise must be unopened, unused, and the product must not be damaged in any way. Products must be returned in their original and unopened packaging and the packaging must not be altered, damaged, or marked upon in any way.
Products purchased from a Consultant's replicated website and shipped directly to the customer by the Company must be returned to the Company and the Company will issue a refund or replacement to the customer. Products sold to a customer by a Consultant from her inventory must be returned to the Consultant who sold the merchandise, and it shall be the responsibility of the Consultant to issue the refund to her customer.
No refund/replacement is available for products damaged by abuse or misuse, or to merchandise sold on a closeout or clearance sale, or which is otherwise sold as a “special” and identified as nonrefundable. Shipping costs are not refundable, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping charges on merchandise being returned to the Company unless the merchandise is defective or is received by the customer in damaged condition.
If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or defective please contact us as soon as possible. Posh only accepts these claims within ten (10) business days of receipt. Please examine each shipment of product or tools carefully and contact us in a timely manner. Photos may be requested. A prepaid shipping label may be provided to you by Posh for any necessary returns of defective items. If the damage or defect is a direct result of the shipping carrier, you may be likewise asked to help participate in any claims Posh may file to collect reimbursement for damages to your order. Limit of one return per order.
If there is an error in your shipment, contact Posh to rectify the issue within five (5) business days. We regret we cannot correct any shipments, replace missing ordered product, etc. if we are not informed via the ticketing system or by calling (801) 441-1744 within five (5) days. At Perfectly Posh, we want you to be pampered every chance you get. Enroll in our generous Rewards Program so we can lavish you with samples, exclusives, discounts, free products, and more. How do I enroll in Perks?
Perks is for anyone who buys, sells, or refers anyone to Perfectly Posh. Simply create an account online by visiting www.perfectlyposh.com/start. Anyone who creates an account is eligible and will begin earning Perks.
You must complete the entire Perks profile. Completing your profile includes adding your birth date, email address (with an email verification step), and creating a password. You will receive 250 Perks just for creating your account, and you will automatically begin earning Perks on all qualifying activities. You will also need to select a Posh Consultant as part of this process.

How do I log in to my account?
You can access your Perks dashboard by visiting the Perfectly Posh website (www.perfectlyposh.com) and clicking on “My Account” in the top right. Once you login, click on the summary box at the top right of the web page.
How do I change my email address associated with my account?
The email address associated with the Perks account can be edited in your profile settings.
Does my Consultant have access to my account?
No. A Consultant cannot access her customers' accounts, however she CAN see how many Perks her customers have.
How long do I have an account?
This account will remain active as long as there are Perks associated with the account and the email address on the account is valid. The account can be accessed anytime via www.perfectlyposh.com.
What if I lost my account information?
After clicking on “My Account” at www.perfectlyposh.com, you will find links to request the password associated with the account.
Can I combine accounts? I have more than one.
No. Perks can never be moved from one account to another. We recommend choosing just one email address to create your dashboard, and then always making your purchases under that account. For the Perks Rewards Program, the email address is your unique identifier. There cannot be multiple accounts using the same email address. You may change the email address on your account at anytime, if that email address is not already in use, but you may never combine accounts. Our Support team is not able to combine, move, nor arbitrarily add Perks to any account.
What is my Perks Dashboard?
Your Perks Dashboard provides you with full visibility on how many Perks you have, when they expire, and much more. You'll see the following:
- Order history. You'll be able to see your past online orders.
- Perks history. You'll be able to view the Perks you've earned, which ones have been used, and when they'll expire.
- Monthly Referral Bonus Tier. Provides you with the ability to see what percentage rate (either 6% or 10%) you are earning on referral sales and hostess orders. Each month, you will begin at the 6% tier. When a referral purchases or someone completes a hostess order, you will also be able to see how close you are to achieving the $200 Monthly Referral Bonus and earning the 10% tier.
- Current events. If you've created an online event, or are participating in one, you'll be able to see and access all the details there including information on people you've invited, referred, and more.
- Party chat LIVE. You'll be able to see other invitees, their questions, and products they're purchasing.
- Social media. Quickly and easily share information about Posh, your events, and share referrals.
- Sales and specials. You'll be able to quickly view all of the current promotions running at Perfectly Posh so you can SAVE even more on your favorite pampering products.
Plus, your dashboard is mobile friendly. Access it at any time from your smartphone or tablet.
Do you use my Perks account to send me ads?
When you enroll, you'll click that you agree to our Perks terms and conditions. Agreeing to those terms allows us to send information to you via email or SMS text message only as long as you give us permission. If you don't wish to receive this information, you can choose to opt out during registration or at any time in the future by changing those settings on your dashboard.
We will send you information about sales, promotions, and special exclusives. You can choose how you receive them. Should you prefer to start or stop receiving them at any time, simply change your preferences on your dashboard.
How can I earn Perks?
You can earn Perks on lots of things you do at Perfectly Posh. Redeem them WHEN you want for WHAT you want.
Earn Perks when you…
- Create your Dashboard and complete your profile.
- Purchase Perfectly Posh products. You'll earn 10 Perks for every dollar you spend. Simply get the best pampering products you want and need, and we'll give you points you can use on that purchase or on any future purchase. We'll reward you every time you take care of you.
- Refer a friend who purchases from your referral link. If you LOVE pampering, chances are you know someone else who needs a pampering. Now, you can tell friends and family about products you use with an email, social media post, or SMS text message right from your dashboard. And when they buy, you'll earn Perks on their purchase. We know everyone wants their friends to help them find the best there is out there. Now you can share your regimen and be Perkier for it! Simply go to your dashboard and follow the referral prompts. Anytime anyone buys from your referral link, you and the customer BOTH earn Perks. Remember, your referrals must make a purchase for you to earn Perks.
- Have a Birthday! Getting older has its Perks. Make sure to treat yourself during your birthday month. You'll receive 500 free Perks to use for something special. Birthday Perks are valid only for the month of your birthday.
- Participate in special promotions. Perfectly Posh loves to highlight and feature a new product each week, give you special bundled prices, seasonal products, and more. Now, you can use Perks on these featured items while they're on sale and SAVE. Share Posh through an online or in-person event. When you tell people you love Posh, we'll reward you for it! From your dashboard you can create a pampering event that others can participate in. You can create one on your Consultant's website to send invites and share a link, make one on Facebook that you can share with all of your friends, or set one up for people to use ordering from a Portable Party or an in-home spa party.
- Loyalty is rewarded. When you purchase one product a month for a 3-month time period, you will earn an additional 500 Perks that will expire in 24 months. It's our way of saying THANK YOU for doing business with us. Go ahead and splurge. You deserve it!
- Monthly Referral Bonus. Through the Monthly Referral Bonus, you can earn an additional 4% in Perks on your referral sales and/or hostess orders. Here's how:
- When your referral sales and/or hostess orders are between $1 and $199 each month, you will earn 6% in Perks on each referral and/or hostess order (or 6 Perks per $1 spent).*
- But, when your referral sales and/or hostess orders total $200 or more each month, you will earn 10% in Perks on each referral and/or hostess order (or 10 Perks per $1 spent).*
- The additional Perks will be added to all your orders, including past orders, for the month once you hit the $200 monthly referral goal.
- Hostess and referral orders will also be included in the same sum. For example, if your hostess orders equal $150 and your referral orders equal $50, it still counts as $200 in sales for the month and you'll be moved into the higher tier and all orders will be recalculated at 10%.
* Dollar amount excludes taxes and shipping. Perks will not be earned on items that do not contain PV
How long does it take to receive the Perks I earn?
Your Perks will be instantly available after a purchase is completed, and, will show up on your Perks dashboard.
How long are Perks usable?
Perks earned through personal purchases, referrals, hosting a party, and from the 3-month loyalty reward, and Monthly Referral Bonus are valid for 24 months. Birthday Perks are valid the month of your birthday. Perks earned for other promotions, such as creating an account, participating in a contest, watching a promotional/educational video, etc. are only valid for 30 days from the date earned. You can always see when your Perks expire on your dashboard.
Do I have to use Perks on my orders?
No. Perks is an entirely voluntary Rewards Program. You can choose to use your Perks on an order or hold them for future use on other items or for bigger savings. There are also products you can only purchase with your Perks. Please note that when you use any of your Perks on an item—whether for a discount or to get the item for free—you will not earn the Perks associated with that item.
Do I earn Perks on everything I spend?
You earn Perks on every dollar you spend on products at Perfectly Posh. However, Perks are not earned on Starter Kits or monies spent on tax and shipping.
As long as you are logged in, you can also use the share links on any product page on the site. They automatically get the special link embedded. Share on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc., and it has your unique link and you earn Perks from people who follow it.
How do I know how many Perks I have?
You can view all of your Perks on your dashboard. It will also show you all Perks that are due to expire in the next 30 days.
How do I use my Perks?
When you're ready to apply Perks to your order, it's easy! First, visit www.perfectlyposh.comand log in. You'll add the items you want to your shopping cart, and when you're ready to check out, simply begin applying some or all of your Perks to your purchases line by line. You can use any or all of your Perks on any order, you can add items that are ONLY available with Perks, and you can add and take away different combinations and decide just how many Perks you want to use on every order. Remember, when you use any of your Perks on an item—whether for a discount or to get the item for free—you will not earn the Perks associated with that item.
There is a huge variety of items to choose from with your Perks. Every item on our site has a Perks “price.” If you bank enough Perks, you'll be able to get great exclusive offers that can only be purchased with Perks.
If you want an item, but don't have enough Perks to get it for free, no worries, simply add it to your cart and use the Perks you do have for a discount. You can do this with any item except for exclusives. Exclusive items, including samples, must be purchased with Perks only.
What are the exclusives and how long will the current exclusive products last?
Exclusives are a fun bonus benefit of our Perks Rewards Program. They are items that can never be purchased. You can always see the current exclusives available on your dashboard. They are subject to change without notice. Perks Exclusive items are not eligible for return.
Are there items I can't use my Perks on?
Perks cannot be applied toward shipping costs or applicable sales tax (sorry, you can thank the government!). These line items must be paid for at checkout, and most taxing jurisdictions now require the payment of sales tax on any and all free or discounted items. Your totals will reflect that. Shipping on EVERY order, regardless of size is just $5. You do not earn Perks for monies spent on sales tax, shipping, or Starter Kits.

How does shipping work on Perks orders?
Shipping is $5 on every Perfectly Posh order, regardless of size or substance. We ship orders very quickly and from multiple distribution centers. Perks can NOT be applied toward the cost of shipping.
Can I return an item I bought with my Perks?

How do I earn Perks by referring someone else?
Once your dashboard is completed, you can log in and click the “Refer a Friend” button and send simple messages to people you know who would love Posh. They get a link and an invitation to start their own account and get pampering products.
Why would I want to refer a friend to try Posh?
Anytime you tell someone about our pampering products, and they use the link you share with them to make a purchase, not only do they receive Perks, but you do too! You can earn an unlimited number of Perks toward free and discounted products, exclusives, and more when you tell others about our naturally based line. What's more, you can earn the Monthly Referral Bonus when your referral sales or hostess orders equal or exceed $200.
What is the Monthly Referral Bonus and how does it work?
Can I keep track of my referrals and contacts?
You do have the ability to track the names and contact information of those people with whom you share Posh. You can see each referral you sent. This will make it easy to send them information about new products you try and love over and over again, and it will also help you make sure they use that link every time they purchase something so you can continue to earn Perks over and over again.
What constitutes a party?
Any gathering for Posh pampering that you sponsor is a party! This could be an online event through Facebook, a get together in your home for a night of pampering with friends, or a portable party in which you take samples and an order form to work, to bridge club, or to your kids' play dates! Talk with your Consultant about what type of party best meets your schedule and your circumstances. She will have loads of ideas to share with you and all of them will lead to you and your friends earning Perks.
Can I still host a traditional party to earn more Perks?
Yes, and you can even create and run your own party or event right from your dashboard. Simply set the dates, invite your friends, and then cheer them on. You'll earn rewards on EVERY purchase you and they make during the event, and you can see their orders live in your dashboard. If they enroll in the Rewards Program, then you both earn Perks!
Do I have to use an Independent Consultant?
Perfectly Posh is shared through our talented and passionate Consultants. You'll choose one when you create your profile dashboard, and she can be a resource for you as you choose the pampering products that are right for you. You can choose a new Consultant anytime by simply editing your preferences in your profile online or when you check out.
If I decide to be a Consultant, can I still keep my Perks?
Yes. Consultants also participate in our Perks Rewards Program. Your points simply move with you. When you have and use Perks as a Consultant, you're able to spend them on things like tools for your business and more.
When will Consultants start to accumulate Perks Points?
Anyone who enrolls (creates an account) is eligible and will begin earning Perks. Current Consultants automatically have an account that begins accruing points at 5 PM (MT) on July 23, 2015. Every customer and new Consultant from there on has the ability to enroll in Perks beginning at 7 PM (MT), July 23, 2015. Consultants who complete their dashboard profile, including the email verification, will receive 250 Perks. New and current users earn Perks when they update their profile and it is complete. Currently, any existing customer in the system simply needs to update their profile and when it is complete they'll earn the Perks.

Must a customer always choose a Consultant? Do they always keep the same Consultant?
A customer must always choose a Consultant when creating her Perks profile, setting up an event, or when making any purchase. Once the Consultant has been chosen, it remains in that customer's profile unless she specifically changes it by using a referral link from another Consultant or she chooses to go in and select a new Consultant.
You should always instruct your customers to be sure they select you as their Consultant, and then be sure to give them stellar customer service so they will continue to want to give YOU their business.
How are Perks promoted? Will the Home Office start advertising to my customers now?
Perks makes it easier for all of us to promote specials, highlight great products, and share information about pampering, our brand, and more with EVERYONE. There is space on every dashboard to show off the featured Product of the Week, and, as time passes, we will continue to enhance our capabilities to share information giving customers many more opportunities to earn Perks.
The Home Office will now have the ability to periodically push simple, informational ads about specials, exclusives, and our brand. Participating in these promotions may earn bonus Perks for a customer and save her money. Every customer and Consultant can choose to be a part of or opt out of these promotions at any time by changing the preferences on their dashboard under their “My Account” tab.
Can I set up a Perks account for my customer?
You can set up nearly all of your customers' Perks dashboard for them. Your customer would merely need to set up her own password and use the email verification link to complete her account. We strongly recommend you help as many customers as possible to start and complete their Perks accounts. Fields for a customer's birth date have now been added to the order form to help make it easier for you to assist them.
Can I purchase another Starter Kit with my Perks if I'm already a Consultant?
No. Starter Kits are ONLY for those wishing to enroll. Starter Kits may only be purchased with Perks by customers who enroll to begin their Independent Consultant business.
Important to Note:
Perks are not earned on Starter Kits or monies spent on tax and shipping. Consultants do not earn Perks when they shop for tools or non PV items, however, Perks can be applied toward the purchase of tools.
Do I get commission on things purchased with Perks?
No. Just like free and half-priced items under the previous Hostess plan, there is no commission on any item that has Perks applied toward it. Free and discounted items are NOT eligible for commission.
Can I use Perks from a customer or team member?
No. You can only ever use your own Perks. You will be able to view the Perks that your frontline and customers have earned, but you can never use them. Perks will NEVER be moved from one account to another. They cannot be purchased and given away nor can they be transferred. There are NO exceptions.
Can I purchase and reward Perks now as Consultant?
No. Perks are awarded by the system for online purchases only. Perks will not be available for Consultants to award on their own terms.
Can I award Perks for cash and carry sales?
No. Because Perks can never be moved, Perks are awarded on the initial purchase only, meaning if you purchased it for cash and carry, no Perks will be earned. We strongly encourage you to get all of your customers engaged in the Perks Rewards Program and place their orders online so they can earn Perks on all of their purchases.
What if I want to have a traditional Hostess party?
Hosting effectively works the same as it always did, but it now has an enhanced dashboard that makes it much easier for a customer to see, run, and manage her own events as she has many controls and abilities within her own dashboard.
In this case, a Consultant would not receive Perks. They go to the Hostess based on guest purchases just like in our previous Hostess Program, and now, purchasing customers are also rewarded.
How do Events work with the Perks Rewards Program?
Events work very much like they always have with:
- Vastly improved contacts functionality.
- The ability for a customer to start and stop her own event, invite her own guests, and send out her own advertising, notifications, and invitations. She can also now track her own guests and referrals in her own contacts list.
- The ability for a customer to choose “direct ship” from her party, close it, and have it ship right away, even if the event is not closed.
- Please note that all events are now limited to a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 14 days.
Do I have to set up an event for my customers?
No. A customer is now able to set up her own event entirely. A customer is entirely able to set up and invite guests, interact with them, and close her event entirely on her own. We do strongly recommend you stay connected with this process and provide great customer service and expertise.
How are Perks awarded if I have a Hostess who has a party guest refer someone who purchases?
If the guest refers someone to that same party, it's the Hostess who earns the Perks. If they just refer someone to the site and they have a regular cart outside a party, then the person referring them earns the Perks. Basically, a Hostess always earns Hostess Perks on all carts in the party.
Can a guest be in more than one event at a time?
Yes. A guest can be added to multiple events and have multiple event invitations for multiple Consultants at any given time. The links she uses to purchase will determine to whom the Perks and commissions are awarded.
Does every event have to direct ship to customers?
As a Consultant, you will be able to set up events and decide if there will be a “Ship to Hostess” option on your event. If there is, each customer will then decide to add her order to the Hostess order, which will ship for just $5. You can also choose to have any given event offer only the direct ship option.
If a customer has a direct ship order, she will have the option at checkout to break her order out of the event and have it ship immediately, and not have it wait for the event to close. The Hostess order can never ship until the event is closed. All events must be closed within 14 days of opening.
How are referrals different from guest invitees?
Guests are invited to events or parties, and the Hostess earns Perks on their purchases during the duration of their event. These guests can see a party dashboard and interact with their Consultant, Hostess, and other guests. They earn Perks for purchasing and can get special attention from their event group.
Referrers and referees get a link from one Consultant or customer that tells them about Perfectly Posh in general or recommends a specific product. When this link is used to purchase anything, the customer or Consultant who sent it earns Perks. The Consultant whose site was used for the purchase receives the commission.
How does a Consultant or customer earn Perks on referrals?
Sending a link from within your Perks dashboard or sharing from a social media icon on a replicated website will generate a link that is unique to you. If the person you refer uses that link to make a purchase not only will they earn Perks on their purchase, you will also receive Perks. What's more, you can earn the Monthly Referral Bonus when your referral sales of hostess orders equal or exceed $200.

How do I use Perks on social media?
There are social media icons throughout www.perfectlyposh.com as well as in your and your customers' Perks dashboard. When logged in to the website and used, these social media icons will contain a special link that will connect purchases back to the referrer's Perks account.
Share your business and TALK about it with others every chance you get on social media. You should be creating an event on Facebook for every event you create on your Virtual Office to maximize participation. This allows you and your Hostesses to share lots of information about products, dates, and more.
Do I have to set up the ability for a customer to refer her friends?
No. A customer is able to refer both you and Perfectly Posh to all of her friends entirely on her own. She will earn the Perks, you will earn the commission. You are able to send your own referral links and earn Perks for referring customers to yourself as well. Again, we recommend you stay highly connected to your customers to provide an excellent, pampering experience. A customer is able to set up her own event entirely on her own.
Can a customer have more than one working referral link at a time that refers her back to different Consultants?
Yes. A customer can have many, many links. The commissions and Perks will be awarded based on the link she uses to make her purchase.
How many times can a referral link be used?
A referral link can be used over and over and over again. There is no limit to the link. It will award Perks to the sender each time it is used to make a purchase.
Outside of social media, can I send the referral link in other ways such as email?
Yes! Perks has the ability to send branded, detailed, custom messages in multiple ways. In addition to using the social media icons, you and your customers have the ability to send simple email and SMS text messages through your Perks dashboard and contacts system, informing your contacts about parties, events, or just sending them a referral link.
How does this change Contact Management in my Virtual Office?
Customers and Consultants now have a working contact management system. You can store, save, and edit the information of persons you interact with in your business. A Consultant cannot access or view the contacts of her customers.

How does the Posh Portal work with Perks?
For Consultants only (not available to customers), the Posh Portal tools will be available for purchase with your Perks. Posh Portal items will still be non-commissionable and ship for just $5 per order. You will now be able to use product credits as well as Perks to purchase tools. How does Perks impact Props and the Prep Academy Programs?
Yes. Perks means we have new, exciting changes to other programs including:
- Props: When you earn your 30, 60, and 90 day Props you will now receive Perks instead of the usual product credit. You will need to look for the bonus “Props”, such as the exclusive car vinyl, business cards, and labels to purchase with your special Props Perks. You will be able to use your Perks of 3,000, 6,000, and 9,000 in any way you like, just as before.
- Prep Academy also now earns you Perks as you complete different levels and goals. You'll still receive your bag if you hit the 15-day goal. Perks of 3,000, 6,000, and 9,000 points, respectively, will be awarded at the completion on all necessary goals.
